I suggest everyone to read this excellent book. It's worth every penny you spent. I finished reading it in 2 days and I would love to read it again soon.

Very well organised chapter, addressing every aspect being persuasive. Even if you are not in managerial job, this book will be helpful.

As I expected this would be good book from IIMA, but i found it not useful at all. The author has collected the notes from different book and put them together. The author did not try for much research and practical interviews from different managers and to share their experience. Sometimes stories are incomplete without any conclusion. The HBR book are much better on such matters
