Impact of Job satisfaction on job involvement: A study  (Paperback, Deepa Sharma)

This is a survey-based study of library professionals and the objective of this study is to measure the level of job involvement and study relationship of each of the personal background elements with job involvement and job satisfaction of library professionals working in management college libraries in Delhi and NCR. This is an empirical research based on data collection through questionnaire method. For this research data was collected from 362 library professionals working in different 75 management colleges of Delhi NCR.
