Virgin grade aluminium conducts heat efficiently and is known for its ability to resist corrosion. The bottom surface of the pressure cookers is compatible with gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and induction cook tops. The base is also anti-bulging hence preserves its flatness without bulging into an uneven concave surface. These cookers are equipped with comfortable Bakelite handles. Bakelite is a thermosetting plastic with good heat insulation properties. These handles can keep your hands safe and away from heat and offer a firm grip. To regulate abnormal and over pressure build-up inside the cooker, the lids are designed with a slot. When the weight valve does not raise due to blockage the gasket bulges and the slot makes way for the bulged gasket to release steam away from the user. The gaskets which hold the optimum steam build-up inside these cookers are made of food grade rubber. They do not contaminate the food or change its quality as they are food safe. The gaskets are also non-hardening and extremely durable. The package contains two elegant pressure cookers with shiny metallic finish.
