its pretty good for its pricing ,, and trust me this one works great.. its very comfortable and good quality high density fiber is used and the spring coil is genuine chrome plated,,, and the variable weight selector knob is pretty smooth in function and overall product feels top notch,, i strongly recommend one . iv been using for about a month now and im getting great results with my wrist power and forearm strength ..
