Very informative and unbiased. Written in a style that even a middle school child can understand it. As the title states , it tells us how the map of India came to be over thousands of years of this country's history. It relates how, even when made up of many kingdoms the ethos of the whole land was more or less the same.
It was an enlightened read.

Interested in the history of the world? Then this is a must read because this book explains how continental drift happens or what are genes quite elaborately. So in about 300 pages the reader gets to know of our past and how we came to existence in the first place. Also written in a simple English making the book comprehensive for a 12-14 year old.

Initially, I considered the book to be quite ordinary, much like any other. However, in the first chapter, it delves into the fascinating history of how the continent was divided, along with other related topics. As I continued reading, I found myself deeply engrossed, feeling a strong connection to the material. I would highly recommend this book to anyone interested in expanding their knowledge about India's historical and geographical context.
