as its slogan says loose weight in a healthy way ya they stand their....the only thing is its take too much time to mix n taste should b better bt beside tht its a gud meal replacement product .....n one more think any weight loos product will nt work if u dont get proper exercise n sleep so plz exercise properly for bettr result
