I am writing this review after using one month. This is ultimate to reduce your fat. I am taking one glass of milk with this powder by avoiding the dinner and daily 3 to 4 km of running. With this I have reduced my weight by 3.5kg in one month. Once should try if really want reduce your fat. But be ready to consume like medicine because it taste awful.

Good product. My doctor had adviced me this product so it is reliable... It's taste is good but I feel chocolate flavor taste better than mango..highly recommended.. go for it
