It kept me full for 3-3.5 hours. I had a shake at 8pm and I started feeling hungry only at 11:30 pm. I ordered mango shake...taste was not good....it was pretty okay...but I am happy with the fact that it kept me full for 3.5 hours.

Today I got delivery the product, the product looking in seal container, after that Started my first shake. The shake mango taste was superb.i loved it...after one month I review this product whether it is working on weight loss or not. I have done workout atleast 30 mins in elliptical Byke everyday with the help of this product hope I get results as early as possible and maintain strict diet, no Biryani, pizza, burgers, and softdrinks.then only we get results.compare to herbal life products...

Using this product for more than 15days now to replace lunch and dinner, brought the Mango flavour, taste is ok and is consume-able, used 250ml skimmed milk + 2 scoops as recommended, i was around 109kg and now am at 105kg with moderate 45min free style exercise. Think this product worked for me. Go for it obese ppl and do some exercise to slim down.

At first, I'd like to say that I received this item with a very secured pack and before expected date. I ordered this incredio choco shake for second time.
