COOK UNCOVERED FOR 6-7 MINUTES ON MEDIUM HEAT. DRAIN AND RINSE WITH MORE BOILING WATER. STRAIN EXCESS WATER AND SERVE., CLOSED PAN : BRING WATER AND RICE TO BOIL. COVER PAN WITH A TIGHT LID AND LET IT SIMMER FOR 9-10 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND ALLOW IT TO STAND COVERED FOR 5 MINUTES.
