Just okay
Given that there are many mixed reviews here the seller should take care to build it up progressively rather than making it worse. As many people here have mentioned the wires are iron or lead painted over tonappear like copper. So when you poliish steel with it, it leaves a black patch behind. Secondly the effectiveness is best when the tips of the wires are sharp. One of the brushes clearly was used - the slim one which I wanted the most.
