    Deepening the Defence

This book is a worthy successor to Rajiv Malhotra's "Being Different" (BD). There are Indians who follow Indian traditions who have been worried for more than a century on the relentless attack on Indian traditions. This attack has been continuous and the outcome of such attacks are views of some (or many) educated Indians that there was either no Hinduism prior to British or Indian traditions have been at war with one another for centuries and were united artificially by use of the word Hind...

    A Masterpiece

I have read two books by Rajiv Malhotra – ‘Breaking India’ and ‘Being Different’ and Indra’s Net is third book by same author. This book is serious work. Indra’s Net is for those who are genuinely interested in knowing the correct history and interpretations of Hindu civilization and are willing and open minded to imbibe those thoughts in their ordinary lives as their age old customs, live those thoughts and pass on to next generation in their pristine originality. As with every work of his, ...

Indra’s Net a comprehensive and synoptic view of the Glory that was and is India, its integrity and spirit

To understand the advancement of any nation it is essential to know its cultural and spiritual history. Every nation has its own genius which marks the trend and course of its evolution, internal and external. The Indian genius lies in its religion and spirituality, rooted in the Vedas, considered eternal and without any authorship and sung by Seers who were mantra-drashtas.
In the course of more than three millennia of Indian philosophical, spiritual and cultural history, there were many gi...

    Excellent book

This is another excellent book from Rajiv Malhotra, that should not to be missed by Indophiles. Though some of the concepts being abstruse will take time to sink in, but you will certainly receive partial enlightenment on Hinduism after reading this book.

Read to know what we have been ignoring and compare with the leftist-junk that we learn everyday.

    Amazing! Must Read.

    Amazing !
Must read to know our inherent strengths, our past, and for a new outlook.
It describes how the life is coherent with unity, and continuity of the Yogic and Vedantic tradition.
Very interesting to see how the universe is a web of connections and inter-dependencies and how can it affect our lives, physical and emotional well being.
