I have this from 1 and a half year now. It's is great for that point of price. Great sound quality, lightweight. If proper care is taken its gonna last long. Only the hinges get loose with time and foldings..... overall great product

It has dual Equalizer but not good enough to use it
Battery backup is really nice, I have to appreciate it.
Nice and comfy also, not that much of weight.
If you are getting in 1100-1300 price range it worth to buy it.
