High Volume Low Pressure technology provides a higher transfer of materials while reducing bounce back and overspray. It increases the transfer efficiency of the coating materials to the surface (up to 85 per cent). With HVLP technology, you also get significant material savings of up to 30-40 per cent. The low pressure minimises overspray and produces a smooth, even finish, reducing the risk of streaks or uneven coverage.
The fluid control regulates the amount of paint sprayed. It adjusts the fan pattern size and the air adjustment valve provides versatility to adjust airflow. The 1.5mm nozzle has already been installed onto the gun. Ideal for auto refinishing and general purposes: 1.5mm for basecoat, you can also use 1.8MM and 2.0mm nozzle for primer, applicable for boats, woodworking, household appliances, leather, plastic material, and others. The even atomisation offered by these nozzles helps achieve a smooth and uniform finish with minimal texture or streaking.
The USA connector ensures that the spray gun is compatible with most air compressors and hoses. This standardisation reduces the risk of compatibility issues and makes it easier to integrate the spray gun into existing setups. The use of a USA Type connector allows for straightforward connection to other tools and equipment.
This spray gun is suitable for base coats and is designed to deliver a smooth, even application.
