And as the Shurutgal has grown...

Inheritance (The Vault of Souls) has been an absolutely phenomenal read!! I finished it in less than a week and it was definitely the crowning glory of the series!

You can tell while reading that Paolini's style has changed and the writing itself is refined and more fluid a read. He has definitely rectified all his previous blunders.

A problem that I think many of us faced with Eldest was that it was slightly draggy and the series is, officially, draggy no more. Each chapter is action packe...

Star wars, LOTR and now ghost rider?

First i wd like to say what a commendable job the flipkart team is doing, i got the book in the afternoon of the day it was released and with a 30% discount.

Now about the book, waited three years for it and kept wondering what the role of the green dragon will be and how will eragon defeat voldermort err i mean gallabotorix but more than that i wanted to know about the witch angela, she was the most compelling and interesting character in the series for me. The book did not disappoint on t...

Should've been much better, very predictable ending

Though Paolini has definetly evolved in the years following ERAGON, but INHERITANCE-after a wait of almost 4 years is a total letdown. The missing most expected glorious fight between Eragon and Galbatorix seems like a gaping hole.Shirukan dies wihout even giving a good fight.Though seiges of almost all cities of Alagaesia have been described with great detail,it would have been much better if some conclusive ending of issues of Eragon-Arya love and some of Angela's secrets was told.

Lose yourself in Algaesia...

Not being as fast as Eragon, Inheritance still manages to keep you wanting for more. Excellent service my Flipkart...and the perfect ending to the series. A must read for those who loved Percy Jackson and Harry Potter/

Inebriated in Alagaesian spirits

I love this book, and the rest of the series, for the wonderful and magical description of this prehistric land called Alagaesia more than anything else. It is a dreamer's paradise, this, far more pleasant and enchanting than JRR Tolkien's world in LOTR. Inheritance stays true to the previous books and although siege after siege of city after city in the first half doesn't do much to build the tempo till the D-Day, it gives us an insight into the cities that have only been names until now and...

Amazing Book!

Received it just a few days after its release. Someone very dear to me gifted it on my birthday. I'm very happy!
The book is in great quality and are set in a durable box set. A must have for any Inheritance fan.
CP has accelerated the pace of storytelling and events take place fast as the Varden plans to overthrow Galbatorix. The plot is awesome and CP ties up many loose ends, and reveals a lot of things.
All in all, it was a fantastic read...

Finally, the epic series concludes

I started reading Inheritance with expectations that went through the roof, given the superb previous books of the series. Personally,I was not entirely satisfied with the ending for which all of us waited so many years. It wasn't bad... I just expected something more epic. Anyways, the book is a great read. Its a top notch book in it's fantasy genre. Highly recommended for those who have been following the series so far. :)

Awesome book, great author and near perfect delivery timing by Flipkart

finally i was able to get my hands on the book, the last in the series of inheritance cycle, though notably 36 hours after the global release but well within the promised time frame. so firstly i should thank Flipkart for that

the book is amazing, i have waited for it for the last three years , and as i start to race through the story ( on pg 176 as i am write) is worth every second i had to wait. Action packed, right from page 1 the story takes us through the adventures of Eragon, Saphira...

And so the Inheritance is complete

Christopher Paolini has come a long way since the beginning of his journey with Eragon.Inheritance is his best work till date and he does not let us down with respect to story or narration.

Gripping at times, the characters do not deviate from their earlier characterization. And we finally get to see the mighty Galbatorix. It is a well rounded book and most of the fans will be satisfied with the ending.

There are a lot of loose plot threads, which are cleverly inserted by the author, as he ...
