Not properly fitting in the bottom of the iPhone. The bottom side of the case slightly opens up when the phone is fit inside the case. This is because the silicon is suppoeted by a rigid material on top and the sides of the phone. When it come to the bottom (where the charging port is), no hard material is there to support the silicon because of the port. So that part is wringled, causing the bottom part opening in the phone's tight fit.
