Hated it!
Neck support is of no use, if you sit and relax and apply some force the joint breaks.Please avoid if buying only for neck support feature.

Could be way better
It is in over priced chair. I did not find anything special in it. You do get adjustable arm rests and neck support but the quality does not justify the price. It is an average chair.
If you can, I suggest, you go to a physical store, try out the chair and then purchase.

Waste of money!
Not upto the mark to the price of the product. Total plastic product. And it feels cheap quality. Also it feels like sitting on a hard rock.

Useless product
The head rest is absolutely useless, not usable at all. The lower back support is pathetic. After an hour-45mins, it feels like you are sitting on a wooden stool. Please avoid and buy ANY other product.
