Inside Al-Qaeda and the Taliban Beyond Bin Laden and 9/11 introduces the readers to the new generation of Al-Qaeda leaders who have been behind the most recent and fatal terrorist attacks all around the world. The book includes information contributed by journalist Syed Saleem Shahzad, who dedicated his life to reveal the inner workings of the Al-Qaeda and the Taliban. The author had access to the top-level commanders in ISI and Taiban. His work was greatly praised by Hillary Clinton, the US Secretary of State. The book reveals the inner workings of Taliban and Al-Qaeda and provides a deep insight into the major terrorist attacks, including the 2008 Mumbai attacks. Shahzad was abducted and killed in Pakistan a days after writing an article, which suggested the involvement of the Pakistani Navy with Al-Qaeda. This book is a testament to the author’s fearless reporting and provides the readers with an incisive look into the ongoing struggle against terrorism which threatens so many lives around the world.

    Get Inside AlQaeda

First thing first-- I have followed Syed Saleem Shahzaad (SSS) for couple of years through Asia Times. He spent many years with and among Al Qaeda, Taliban and numerous other insurgent groups. Since he didn't belong to a big name media, he was accepted by these groups as unbiased. He was murdered (allegedly) by ISI - Pakistan intelligence agency before he could write second/third part of his report about alleged inflitration of Taliban in ranks of Pakistan Navy.
