Most things that happen in life have a logical explanation, but there are those few occurrences that one cannot find a valid reason for - supernatural events. Directed by James Wan and starring Patrick Wilson, Barbara Hershey and Rose Byrne, Insidious: Chapter 2 is a horror thriller film that follows a family that has been haunted by evil spirits since the childhood of the protagonist due to his connection to the spirit world. After a series of horrific events seem to have come to an end, the family starts feeling a sense of security once again, but little do they know that the trouble is far from over.
