Installed the E8600 processor and it is working fine. I am having a DG41RQ mother board and 4GB RAM. Replaced the E7500 which was originally there.

Worth the money
Did not work with my g31 motherboard. Had to buy a new g41 motherboard just for this CPU. Performance similar to first generation i3 530. Good performance. please put in g41 motherboard only with ddr3 ram.

A:processor doesnt hv to do anything with the display resolution. its your graphic card or the inbuilt graphic card on the motherboard which works.
