I was little afraid as it has no return policy and it was used but it worked like new. i'm so Happy with this chip. Also I want to mention got i5-2500 instead of i5-2400. but it's okay as they are almost same(2500 is a little better)

I also didn't bought it from flipkart ... but if you're planning to buy it ... definitely go for it . It totally worth .. Playing all latest game with pairing up GTX 550Ti and ADATA 8 GB Gaming Series RAM .... its truly impressive ... Always a great work by intel .

This is the best processor out there. It is superfast, excellent for gaming and unmatched by none in its segment.

My advice, go in for this one blindly.

I had an old Pentium 4 and when I upgraded to this one, I was astonished.

Beyond my expectations. This CPU can run modern games so well and fast and if you enable turbo mode it will run on 3.4 ghz

I assume if you're here, you've got a fair bit of cash to shell out on a good processor. The i5 2400 costs 11k on flipkart- quite a hefty price. Add just one thousand more, flipkart also provides the top-of-the-line i5 2500k, the best i5 out now. If you can afford this, you can afford this. No doubt the 2400 is an excellent processor, but I'd say go for the 2500k.

Best processor for those who is looking for processor for large applications and even middle graphics games. My computer didn't use more than 34% of processor speed till now.
And ofcourse i5 processors gives way more good performance than i3 processors and I would recommend i5 rather than i7. You won't need i7 if just want to run large applications and middle games. (Large games can also be run with graphics card.)

Although , I have not bought this product From FLIPKART , But this is the best processor for non overclockers who want Raw CPU Power . I Have This Processor and This Processor Gives me 40 FPS in FIFA 12 on med rendering with no AA in my 20" LED Monitor . Note that I dont Have a Graphics Card . It also gives me 35 FPS in Burnout Paradise .
I will give 10/10 for this processor . Combine it with a card like GTX 560 and you will see great Performance .

The power of this processor is just too good. I've researched quite a bit lately and found this to be just the perfect thing! I've coupled this with an 8 GB RAM and HD6790 graphics card to make the best thing in my living room. Games, office work, etc. are no problems at all!

Intel though has released 7 new CPU's just 2 days back. Not sure how long they'll take to get to India, but this is truly a great buy.
