Overpriced Processor

This is a good cpu but its price is too high . I can get a AMD FX-9590 Eight-Core or AMD FX 8350 half of the price and its much better than intel.
Intel is like ferrari without wheels and AMD is like Hyundai or Honda or Toyota which makes same luxury sports cars but half the price of Lamborghini or Porsche or whatever....
Both are used for travelling and does the same thing so why should I buy expensive products. Shame on Intel

Smashing Processor

Finally I have something from Intel which I am satisfied with. It is worth every bit of money. and to go with it you can overclock it without worrying about warranties. already my 3D rendering time is down by 1/3rd. i.e a rendering which takes 20 odd minutes is now taking 6 minutes.

good clock speed but inbuilt graphics really sucks

well, this processor supports intel hd 4000 which uses the computer's RAM to run the graphics. if you want to play the high end games, then you need a good graphic card along with this processor. if you run the high end games like battlefield 4 without the graphic card, it might burn up your computer's RAM. i bought this processor along with corsair vengeance 8GB (2 x 4 GB) RAM, but after 5 weeks, one of the RAM burned up. but luckily, my ram was in the warranty period and it was replaced wit...

GOOD PROCESSOR......BUT......

it is good processor but in my opinion don't go for because most of the people does not need it.....

Always go for a high end or mid range processor and dont go extreme processor....

Because technology changes quickly

Remember the i7 3930k ... Intel priced it at abt 35k..
Current gen i5 2500 is priced lower at abt 11-12k
but there is not much diff in performance of the two..
