i wud say it is the best combination its fast smooth and awsome and for your information the i3 540 gives a speed of 3.06Ghz but with this motherboard it would give you a speed of 3.07Ghz.....so its good and go for it

Yes i agree with Krish, I dont know about the Future but so far in my life has an Hardware Engineer, i would say DH55TC is the Best Board and Processor i have had in my entire Life.Simply Superb and its worth of Buying.

i cant believe this .. when i brought my new pc i brought same motherboard n same processor too at the cost of 10000/- now its just 5241/- only i cant believe it.. i too say go for it .. i totally satisfied with this product .. :)
