The form factor of the NUC is simply awesome. I loaded a 4GB RAM and 1TB 7200rpm hard-disk and its running perfectly fine.

On the downside:
Price is slightly on the higher side when compared to DN2820FYKH. Further, unlike the DN2820FYKH, D32010WYKH does not come with a pre-installed wifi-Bluetooth mini card. Hence you will have to shed more from your pocket in-case you wish to have wifi.
