Really Nice
It's not genuine Intel fan (which may be obvious anyway) but build quality is pretty okay. For lower end 1150/1155 socketed CPUs, this is as cheap as it gets. Connector is 4 pin so PWM control is possible.
I'd say it's the next best thing after Cooler Master i30 if you want a simple cheap functional low TDP CPU Cooler for 1st-5th gen Intel CPUs. For i3 and Celeron/Pentiums it's perfectly okay.
