Very good budget tv, it has excellent resolution, very good picture quality specially hd videos, I have Samsung 43 inches tv aswell but didn't find any major differences. expect price,
Both have equivalent picture quality, only Samsung has little edge with price and brand name.
Apart from this Intex on top of it.

Very very happy and good budget tv,
resolution has excellent, good quality picture specially hd setup box channels,
I saw lg 43 inch tv, but did not find any differences. but price is double in LG tv,
Resolution as equal to LG FHD (No Diff )
inbuilt sound Intex average, but using the home theater problem solved.

Best buy at this budgeted price. After using it for 5 days, here is my review:
Pros:
1.Available @ cheap price, but not cheap quality.
2.Amazing hd picture quality.
2.Reads almost every video format. Even detects 2tb hard disk & runs with ease.
Cons:
1. Sound is really flat ( but it is the case with most led tvs)
2. In most hd video formats like .mts it doesnt support audio.
3.brightness is on higher side, (but can be adjusted).
4. SD video is of average quality.(however hd quality is awesom...

I ordered it on 21st and received on 25th thanks to Flipkart.
TV is very good compared to its price. I suggest HD set top box for better viewing experience.

For the price it's a good product.
Voice quality not great but manageable.
Also for some format of movies when played from USB get stretched vertically .
16:9 aspect ratio also does not helps much in that case.
Anyways fine for the price paid.

TV has standard picture quality. Doesn't do great with 544p or SD video from set top box. However, It's output improves with HQ videos. Sound is OK, would recommend a speaker system with this one. Looks are pretty simple. Remote is not very responsive, but good enough to do the job. Overall, value for money if you are running a tight budget. Has a slight edge over other budget TVs.

The tv was delivered a bit late than expected,1 week was taken to deliver because of big billion day offer.But no issues as I paid just Rs.21240 for this amazing TV. Just for 21k this TV has all the features that you would normally expect in a 35k samsung or LG tv. The full HD 43 inch display is awesome.Some had mentioned in there comments that the TV picture quality is not the level of Samsung ,Sony , LG i suggest them to change the default TV setting reduce sharpness to minimum 5/10 suggest...

Nice TV and services by Intex/flipkart was quick.
Got the TV delivered one day late, but the installation was done on the same day.

Pros:
1. Cheap and nice looking
2. Nice picture quality
3. 2 HDMI ports so no need to plug/unplug cables. Multiple USB ports.

Cons:
1. Speakers are not good enough. For TV they are still good but could not play movies directly in USB. Sound was too low even for small room.
2. Back panel design is bad. You need to tilt the tv if you change HDMI cables. It should...

It's a worth tv, made in India product. 3 years warranty, Full HD 43" LED with 2 USB, 2 HDMI, VGA port, RCA ports, Audio out Stereo jack ( but stereo jack to RCA converter cable is given). The tv comes with table top and wall mountig brackets. 2 AAA TV Remote batteries given in accessories but of China make so better to buy new.
Installation team is friendly and fast.

It's much better than Micromax TVs for picture quality.
