It has normal USB charging, just like you would charge a normal mobile phone these days, (with exception to type-c)
If you completely discharge the power bank it would take as long as 7-8 hrs to completely recharge it, but I don't see it as a problem as you can easily put it on charging overnight while you are sleeping and the next day when you would wake up you'll find your power bank ready to use.

Apart from Delivery let me speak about the actual product,
IT PB 11 K is Nice and Strong enough and holds a lot of amount of power. it's little bit bulky but it's ignorable because of its huge capacity.
The performance is quite good but sometimes PB makes my device hot when i connect to 1A port of it. ...

it have an actual output capacity of (9000-10000mah), compared to mi powerbank 10000mah(actual capacity 6000-7000mah) this(intex) one have good output. if you are looking for more slim one go for mi or else choose this.
if you're are a redmi user go for mi 20000mah powerbank it is very good... and it supports quick charging.
mi 20000mah and intex 11000mah have almost same size and weight.
