Expected a better product

I have uploaded real pic. There is no function keys specifications on keyboard as it is mentioned in product specifications. I am unable to control sound. Mouse also stop working after sometime. I have to pluck off the batteries again and again.

Waste of money!

I'm forced to change my review after using keyboard mouse after few days. Keyboard stops working intermittently. Mouse single click registers double click hindering the work. Very frustrating as I'm a software developer and can't afford to waste time. Single star as I can not go lower than that.
