Tried to use it exactly as per the instructions specified. It doesn't work in wireless mode. The headphones don't catch any signal.

Other than the 2 red lights which merely indicate power status (one on the headphone and one on the base), there is no indication whether the device has caught a signal or anything. This makes it impossible to find out what the problem actually is.

these headphone are really great with great sound and wireless facility at a reasonable price .
BUT YOU SHOULD KNOW IT NEEDS 4 PENCIL CELL FOR WIRELESS CONNECTIVITY

Not a good product. Poor reception. Looses connection by it self.
If you are looking for an fm radio or just a plain wired head phone this item is good.
But for a wireless head phone , the product is useless.

Waste of a product. Audio sounds like you are listening to radio on a mono.I realize that for good sound quality, it is always good to spend a decent amount of money like 15k and get bose qc series, if xound quality is the most important thing.If wireless connectivity is the most important thing then better to save up and get one of those Sennheiser headsets RS 170 preferred.

Sound quality is good . But there is no stereo effect . So if you are a music lover you will complain.
Battery life is average. Overall a nice,affordable piece from intex

good for listening FM. there is a background noise when connected to TV. At this price point u can overlook it.
