Additionally, he has a postgraduate degree in Sociology with a focus on Personnel Management, Industrial relations, and Labour welfare. He also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with specialisations in Human Resource, Health and Hospital Management. He successfully finished courses in People Management, Marketing Management, and Business Communication at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Furthermore, he has completed certification courses in Project Management, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Digital marketing from prestigious institutes. Additionally, he obtained a Diploma in Educational Management Studies with a focus on teaching English from the TEFL Training College [Division of TESOL Educational Service]. Moreover, he has published over 60 research papers in esteemed journals, as well as book chapters and books. Dr. Subhasish has actively contributed as a resource person, chairman, facilitator, and judge at over 150 conferences and seminars. Dr. Priyatosh Nath is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences at the ICFAI University, Tripura. Dr. Nath holds a Ph.D. degree in Human Physiology from the Department of Human Physiology, Tripura University. He did his undergraduate and graduate studies in Physiology and later got a specialization in the subjects of Immunology and Microbiology.
