I have completed half of this book.

I find it very easy to understand and complete as per the syllabus of IITL V3 2011.

Its Wiley India Edition rate is very less as compare to its other outside India edition and other ITIL books.

I must mention that I don't know its market rate or if it is available in market at all.

This book can prove to be a very good alternative for those who don't want spend on very expensive 2-3 days training.

I still have not given 5 stars because I havn't given...

This is one of the best book for ITIL foundation exam & content. It's suitable to all beginners to advanced readers also. If have enough time to write exam, go for this book and learn the subject. Every chapter has summary end of the chapter & questions as well. Once you are ready to write the same, download sample papers from official site. This is good book to understand the ITIL from base to mastery. I appreciate Flipkarts efforts in delivery thing on time as expected.

Good read for preparation and certification. IT covers all the aspects for ITIL and give detailed explanation with relevant example. I am giving 4 stars cuz print quality and paper quality is like the books you get at bus stand.

Yes its a good book, Study guides r the best book for beginners whether it management or networking, but i have q query regarding the exam, while booking the exam through pearson, the exam code is not EXM its just ITIL-F, r the objectives of both the exam same?
