I purchased this product just 3 days before, there is lots of issues in this 1) ear piece is bit big due to which ear is started paining, I don't think any one will have this much big ear....
2) background noise is very high while on the call there is noise cancelation
3) some time there is sudden sound ( light sound) in the speaker . When checked with Flipkart customer care people - they will only replace with same model which will only solve 1 issues for balance they are unable to help.....

A:Ensure the headset is powered on, and then simultaneously press and hold the Volume up button and the Multi-function button for 5 seconds. You will then need to re-pair the headset.

A:Yes. Receiving persons hearing background sounds more than sender's voice. This is the main problem with this headset. Apart from it everything is good.
