    A:Ensure the headset is powered on, and then simultaneously press and hold the Volume up button and the Multi-function button for 5 seconds. You will then need to re-pair the headset.

    Q:How is the voice quality in calls? Does the receiving party complaints of background noise?
    A:Yes. Receiving persons hearing background sounds more than sender's voice. This is the main problem with this headset. Apart from it everything is good.
