I bought this in very enthusiasm but when I got this, disappointed bit with its build as it does not fit properly. I always have to be cautious after I put it on my ears, it's feels like it will fall down and I touch everytime and settle this frequently. Many times it went fall while cycling and walking. But now no choice as I have to bear this. I feel like I bought this very expensive as everytime I feel it will fall down or broken.

The only problem with this product is, its fitting on ear. You will start getting itchiness feeling after 15-20 mins of usage. I tried by replacing the buds to the smaller one, still the comfort is compromised. Also I got breaking sound on the left ear bud after using 5-6 days since purchase. I am not getting any customer care number or service center for repairing.
This product needs improvment.

The sound is awesome...
The bass is really extra ordinary...
But the only one thing is notice that the design of earbud is not good... because you can't ear music or calling in this more then 1 hour... rest of best of best...

The product works as advertised for exactly the duration of the return window. once the return window is closed - doesnt charge (the earbuds or the charging case) at all. have tried pairing on different phones - trawled through a number of comments on reddit and review sites. nothing works... now stuck with a pair of really expensive ear buds that dont work beyond 1 month of purchase!!!

No doubt the best mid range tws headset in the market. Will easily give high end tws earbuds a run for their money and will probably beat the hands down.

Cons:
- no wiresless charging

The wireless charging is the only one aspect the Samsung galaxy buds+ beats the Jabra. Go for it blindly.

Probably the best Earbuds ever made.

Phenomenal audio and call quality. Music could be tuned to your preference and even listening at 100% never hurt your ears.
