    I already have one Same product purchased earlier locally...but this one purchased online is a Refurbished item since it's quality of performance is par low ...volume is only 50% of the one purchased earlier...looks like an old stock clearance sale product

    Works as expected, but in-ear plug replacement is not easy.

    Over the ear clip pressure is high so can't wear for long call..
