Good and Loud Sound

A compact device that gives good and room filling sound. Connection with bluetooth was a breeze and it worked with ipad mini as well as mobiles. Only drawback is the connectors that are for the old apple devices. They are wider than what is available on newer apple devices. I have written to Harman for a solution.

JBL ON BEAT AWAKE

Very good performance. connects fast through bluetooth and its been 2 months no problems so far.
Only issue is that since there is no support at the back, the ipad connection may get loose or damaged over time. mainly because it tends to bend over backwards when the ipad is operated.

What great sound through bluetooth!

The JBL OnBeat AWAKE Docking Speakers are by far the best sounding speakers in the market.

Pros:
- Good loud and clear sound in a small size
- Very good bass
- Can charge iPhone easily (you have to use converter for charging iPhone 5 and above)
- Clock functionality
- Easy bluetooth pairing with iPhone
- Aux input

Cons:
- Does not connect to Mac via bluetooth
- Every time you switch it on, you have to pair with the bluetooth to see the clock
- Loses connection sometimes

But the sound is ...

Nice JBL Speakers

I was amazed to listen these small speakers, they do their job well. Truly a renowned company & a flawless speakers. Works really well with my iPhone & iPod Touch 2nd generation. A must buy for music enthusiasts. Really satisfied with the product.

Its a Great Product!

First impression classy!
neat built
compact size and LIGHTweight..
the sound quality is surprisingly crisp
the base gives a decent thump.

Be weary this is not a portable speaker...its a bedside speaker...also it has a 30pin connector not an 8-pin so if you own a flashpin device you are gonna need an adapter.

No bluetooth connection with Android

This speaker pairs with Android but does not give any sound.
Bluetooth is one of the feature that should work with any bluetooth enabled device.
A disappointment there.
Good to have Audio in.

box was damaged

the packaging of the product was good but the box of the product was completely damaged but then who cares about the box the device was completely working it can completely fill the room and i just got it for 6k less so I have no issues with it !!

Worst product

one of the worst purchase I ever made... The Bluetooth keeps getting disconnected every 10 mins.... Every fluctuation in wi fi connectivity of device on which you play the music will ensure disconnection... Jbl it was not expected from you... And they never bothered to reply back to mail sent... Avoid buying

Very Bad.Wrong product shipped.

I had ordered a JBL onbeat speaker.OD202526513753404100. I received the product a couple of hours back today but the product that I received is JBL Horizon mobile speaker. When I checked with the customer care, I was told that I can only be given full refund for my money but would not get my originally ordered product i.e.JBL onbeat speaker.
