Sound quality is clear and crisp with average bass. But during calls noise cancellation is not that good other person hears lots of noise along with my voice.

Simply awesome
If you’re looking for hassle free headphones with excellent built and sound quality, look no further. JBL seems to have put in lots of effort into the design that it sits on your ears so effortlessly. Sound quality is reasonably good (on iPhone) and the best part is the touch controls. You don’t have to fumble for controls like in the Sony NW-WS413. Overall, a winner product from JBL. Easy to wear, fun to hear.

suddenly I'm getting low volume in my headset..within one monthi purchased JBL endurance in December 3.. I'm facing this issue..please help me..
sound quality is ok..well fit to ear. Rocking headphone hai Yaar..It is better if JBL provide the app to control it.

Fabulous!
i was sceptical about the sound, especially after i saw people say its not that great and bass is lacking. but i would say the sound quality is pretty good, very immersive and it blocks out almost all the background noise. feels pretty sturdy. definitely wont fall out while running/gymming etc. i didnt get the enhancer tips in the box, though the normal tips are quite a snug fit. all in all, a very good purchase.

Not good for making calls
Other person wouldn't hear you clearly. Whenever I use it for making calls, other person keeps on telling to come near microphone.
Microphone position is not correct I feel.

Great purchase! It's very convenient to use, especially the auto power on and off feature which you won't get in the Sprint variant. Coming to sound quality... Its typical JBL bass oriented sound (which I am not a big fan). I am a person who prefers balanced sound like sennheiser headphones. But for people who like bass heavy sound, this is good.
