Expected a better product
Noise cancellation doesn't work while making phone calls. The person on the other side of the call, can't listen to what you are saying properly!

Absolute rubbish!
The quality of the product was very bad. I expected much more quality. The product delivered was in bad condition. The music was echoing in the earphones.

Does the job
Pros : splash proof , quick charging , sweat proof .. so can be used in workout session , ediquite bass, overall sound quality : 3.25/5
Cons : faced Battery backup issue within a month of usage , giving less than 3 hr battery back-up . But service of JBL is commendable. Got it replaced , took 5 day for the new one .

Very poor
After using for 1 years, battery backup just got worst. Only 30 to 40 minutes it is lasting.
