These pair of earphones dont seem to live up to their cost. The only good thing is their build(which apparently makes the earphones heavy tending them to fall off frequently.) and the nice cute cover provided with it.

Go for some better on ear headphones which will give same sound quality. Even samsung oem(sIII, etc) earphones sound the same.

well, the product only looks good in the images...
the product is way to heavy by the standards of an "EARPHONE", u cant jus keep them in ur pocket..

The first and foremost thing you notice is the amazing build quality. I was using Sennheiser earlier and the build quality of JBL is way better than that for around the same price range.

Now for the features that are really cool:
1. Comply foam buds are amazing
2. Strain relief buckle for the cable is actually useful!!
3. The clip given is a necessary addon due to the weight of the headphones
4. The J33 is a bass lover’s must buy. There will be no need to boost bass through player.

Good pair of headphones with nice build and audio quality, has a very good bass for earphones. The thick spaghetti like wire doesn't let it get tangled.

I bought the JBL J33 simply because of the brand name. I was tired of trying out different headphones which were not living up to the mark. These were by far the best I have had. very sturdy , the chords never tangle and they are pretty strongly built.
The sound is perfect, great bass and clear sound at Mid's.I got this for 1800 and totally worth it!!
A great buy, Great sound and definitely look good in the ears.

I would only rate this as one of the best since, i am not a big fan of in-ear phones. I have a AKG K44 and before that DJ series and I am totally into studio quality music.

So do not expect fireworks. Bass is palatable and not intrusive. For that this is a punchy little monster. its a treble king and worth the money if you are in the market for a in-ear phone.

Amazing build quality.
Bit heavy though but still with the quality and sound experience that just goes out of the window. Using it with Nexus 4 and it works like a charm.
As the name suggest really is a true sound experience.

Only demerit felt is that the cord is little stiff and sometimes becomes a bit complicated to manage.

Overall worth every penny.

First of all these earphones are not for ordinary users who thinks bass heavy earphones are the real deal But for those people who prefer FLAC over regular Mp3 files.
J33 sounds better with iPhone/iPod. And for Android users you need to tune your equaliser to get the best out of it. I recommend using "Play Music or Player Pro" of your Android. Even used them on PC with Asus Xonar 7.1 Sound card they simply rocks.
