I ordered this speaker and i knew instantly that it was a fake.

It was not at all like the JBL Micro Wireless i had purchased a couple of years ago from the official JBL Store. This is a FAKE, with cheap hardware and extremely disappointing sound quality.

I even compared the speaker to pictures online and to a friend's original.

The Packaging and the box itself was mutilated and looked second hand.
The product won't even turn on.

flipkart selling the counterfit product, the seller is not authorized with the JBL and there is no warranty for the same, my speaker just stop functioning in three months and flipkart takes no responsibility of the same. Not to buy any JBL product from flipkar. worst service ever i seen. A case of malpractice in buisness has been filed against flipkart

I had ordered this a few days back. When I received it, the product had so many scratches, was used. The biggest disappointment was that it was a fake JBL product.

With the help of a fellow reviewer I could understand if it is fake or not. Please know:

It has stopped functioning in less than 5-6months. I dont expect such a thing firstly from JBL and secondly from flipkart which is doing everything to send faulty products these days.

The product was never delivered to me and the seller courier company claimed that I rejected the product delivery which is totally a false claim, later I called Flipkart twice and told that the product was never attempted to be delivered to my house but no help, also till date I have not got any refund. Never going to purchase any electronic goods from Flipkart again ... worst experience.

Ordered the product on 15th apr and got on 2rd april. Due to my work travel, i got to open only today (15th May).. Full of scratches.. Its an already used product repacked and sent.. My return policy has expired hence unable to do anything. Vendor has delivered a counterfeit product.Poor job.
