Waste of money!
There is an issue when connecting with phone. A robotic humming sound in between cuts the conversation. Mic also not good. People are unable to hear what i am saying.
When listening to music its is ok however in the left side you will feel a difference in sound when the bass is high in any music.
Overall not a good product. I am not sure if the my product is faulty or if there is a manufacturing defect.

Expected a better product
Using the product since the day of its delivery. sound quality was good, built quality is also very good, but today, with in one 2 months of purchase, its right speaker stopped and music is playing only on the left one. Disappointed with this part as after spending this good amount JBL is providing poor quality products.

Utterly Disappointed
The music quality is good but material is bad My daughter used it for last two months, first it developed stains and then now the ear cushion fabric has torn out.. Bit expected from JBL

There are better options at this price point
Sound quality is just ok.
The headphones are not comfortable for long use. After 15 minutes you feel pressure on your ears.
Overall, not that a great product at this price point.
