Bass Bass Superb Bass, not for audiophiles, looses a bit on clarity compared to Sennheiser
Got these cans from other website. These are handsome looking cans. Very sturdy well built, leather finsih fantastic. Everything is great. I also have Sennheiser Hd 202. Comparing both of them. Jbl j04 has big booming bass but looses out to Hd 202 in voice clarity. But these cans are really good if you are purchasing your first serious head phones. Though it lacks voice clarity it's more on bass so it's also enjoyable. But a little more fidelity would have helped. So i went for Premium JBL J8...

IMP: Buy It only from WS Retail and Very good Sound provided U use a good device like ipod or sound card
bought it for 1450 bugs and for this price it is very good headphone.
At first didn't liked it becoz tried it on samsung android, then i tried by tweaking equalizers and little impressed wid bass. Then tried with ipod and sound card and IT BLEW MY MIND.
Its clarity depends a lot on output device and MP3 BITRATE, 320kbps will do.
here are the pros-
Good Isolation. No leaking of sound at all even at high volume
Very comfortable, no pain even after 5 hours of use

First of all a single word is sufficient to describe this headphone and that is "BASS" (4.5 out of 5).
Second the size almost covers your ears, and there is no external noise, while listening music. (4 out of 5)
Third sound quality/clarity/Treble (4 out of 5)
Fourth Looks/Built (4.5 out of 5) It attracts a lot of attention and I love that too.
Fifth one is the only disadvantage, that is too big to be portable.(2.5 out of 5)

Good head phones and it is value for money. Don't buy if you're a pro, this is for for beginners only. Flipkart shipped it nicely within the promised time.

the headphones r awesome.. with my phone my lappy n even with my i pod. it is just amazing.
but if you want to carry it on your neck.. this is definitely not going to go as smooth as looking..
its is quite heavy than expected... full of attraction. just wear it see the people watching you...
after that.. super exceptional voice quality.. with exceptional bass. specially with laptop.

Bought this one after a lot of research.Well one thing to say frankly..this is the sexiest headphone you can get in the Rs.3000 range.Has grand looks which can easily make people think that this one costs around Rs.5000.Noise cancellation is ok,not the best until u switch to high volumes.Bass is awesome but I will suggest real bass freaks to go for Sony xb400.The sound is crystal clear and a thumping effect can be seen.Moreover 40mm driver is really a treat at the price they offered me.Ear co...

Okay. First of all, the music clarity is amazing. If you have used stock ear/head phones before, don't be surprised if you hear new instruments in songs you've been hearing to, since ages.
To get the best Bass, you definitely need to tweak the equalizer. The bass is a little dull, but the 40mm drivers are an absolute delight.
