Terrible product
Worst product I have seen ever, sound quality OKOK, but battery drainage issue very high, in a 6 month I have reported JBL for issue but not resolved, battery drain in 10 to 20 Minutes for both earbuds,
design and build is very poor, big in size
Go and see battery issues related to this product on Utube, I think company might sold 5 lacs units out of that 1 lacs units has battery issues and rest issue with other as well.
Dont buy...

Useless product
Worst tws I ever seen is JBL tune 230NC, battery backup is poor, also it doesn't disconnect when the tws is shut.Once i claimed warranty and they gave new JBL 235NC But still im facing the same problem. guys don't buy JBL Tws ever. Sadly i never expected this kind of quality from JBL.
