The product is fine Initially, if you ignore the connectivity issues. Even after putting the buds in the case they stay connected many times. But 1 year is the max it will work, battery gets drained too quickly and won't work at all after some time. I went through a lot of reviews after mine gave the same issue. Seems jbl is not for in-ear earphones.

Pathetic connectivity and charging.
Not up to mark at all. The sound quality is decent but the connectivity issues , charging issues and what not !! Will never recommend it to anyone.
