Highly recommended
Ergonomic wise the fit could be better to give a secure fit while jogging, running, cardio, etc.
Sound quality is 10 on 10.

Pretty good
Overall the product quality is good and fits the ear.
Sound quality - enough bass and noice cancellation works good . The JBL app is very helpful for configuring the settings.
Dislike - some times even after we placed the earbuds in the case, it will be connected to our phone. That's annoying. Facing this issue from the initial time of purchase. Seen some other customers also pointed it out.

Worth the money
I have used this for a month and now I am writing a review.
Pros
1. Sound quality is good
2. Touch button response is also good.
3. Battery backup is also good when used without ANC
4. ANC is also good.
Cons
1. Bit expensive compared to other options with same features.
2. Little bulk to carry in your pocket.
3. Your ears will feel pain after continious use for more than 3 hrs
And if are buying to use it while driving bike then don't buy.

Horrible
The product stopped working within a month. Buy any other brand ear buds, this one is of cheap quality.

Charging is not working on the tws from day1. This is second bitter experience with JBL. My last tws also JBL which stopped working exactly after 1 year that is after warranty expiry

Sometimes the buds won't turn on , when we place buds on the case it won't recognise and turn off or charge sometimes it will automatically turn on .
