Excellent product. It is a class apart from anything else available in price range of 5-10k in the market. Comes fully loaded with top notch specs. Build quality is very premium. Connects seamlessly with multiple devices. Overall sound quality is very premium, bass is very crisp and deep. Fabulous!
Overall okay, but not an outstanding product. The software and the app are having lots of issues, especially with connection related. But if those issues are solved, then in the price point, it'll be a great product.

So many options to set sound quality accordingly to our own taste. Only thing is we have to know the trick.
1. The buds must be in charging case.
2. Close the charging case.
3. Now open the charging case
4. Light will blink in the case / buds
5. At that time we have to touch the buds picture in the front page of the App.
6. The buds picture part will glow brightly.
7. Still we have to touch the buds picture
Now the App will open and we can change the settings as per our own pre...
