    Expected a better product

    JBL has a good reputation. These Buds spoil it.
    1. Not fit in ears, as it comes out even sitting.
    2. Sound. Bass lovers don't buy this. As it doesn't have bass even using apps also.
    3. Bluetooth disconnects frequently.
    4. ANC does not work during bike rides. It produces outside air noise to ears with amplification.
    5. It doesn't have a return policy also. My money was totally wasted on buying these buds.
    My personal opinion. Please DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.

    Useless product

    Low sound and bass. Max volume is too less. Lot of connectivity issues as well. And fitting issue as well, it comes out repeatedly. Seems like jbl has started making sub standard products.
