Very bad product. It was not working. After 2 month i am using this product it was dead.

Bought it on 16 April 2023 and today 20 Sept 2023 i hav to come to a service centre with complaints of very low battery back up and charging and connectivity issues..
In the beginning it was good.. but after 4 months of usage it gives battery back up of 1 hour only..
Sometimes it doesn't charges

One of the best TWS I ever purchased. Very good battery back up .. compact case.. Incredible sound .. worth every penny..

For the price its an amazing product with transformable design as its usp. I sometimes like the open ear design for comfort and to take long calls and when i want to hear some good music i prefer the in ear design. Hence this made so much sense for me to buy. The earbuds are very comfortable, noise cancellation is decent for the price point. Bass is good. I have not faced any problems with the call quality. Battery life is superb.

Right buds battery is draining very fast and it's gose down from 100 to 10% within 3 hours

Easily capturing scratches and damages try to put air pod case or it will be damage like hell
There are lot of bug in this headset didn't turn off when you put the ear piece in the box you need to adjust the air pod in the box several times to turn off the headset or manually in the app
the battery backup is ask not as they tell us definitely don't give us 6 hours and poor ANC
I just remind you that if have 6000 rupees try to buy another JBL product this is not worth the price
