I have been taking triphala aloever juice since over an year now before I used to have awla aloevera juice of same brand. Triphala one is more bitter in taste than awla but I thing its overall health benifits are higher as triphala helps in stomach ailments, has anti inflammatory properties, benifits in dental health.
