I go to gym regularly. I do weights and cardio. This is awesome even if you're running, or lifting weights, and/or you're sweating a lot. The padding is just enough, so that we look decent even when your t shirt is sticking to you. The size chart is reliable as well.

It's very comfortable and basically just perfect, even if you're working out for more than an hour at home/gym.
