Sid (R. Madhavan) has an interesting profession of a divorce managing officer. He helps people get out of their bad marriages. When Sonali (Bipasha Basu) joins him in his business, they achieve tremendous success in splitting unhappily married couples apart. However, their ways are not always fair. Their world turns upside down when they take Mark and Maggie Pereira’s case to help them get a divorce.
